003/2024 Amendment to the Price List for the Utilization of the Exchange EDP of FWB Frankfurt Stock Exchange and of the EDP XONTRO, effective as of 1 March 2024 Xetra Circular 003/24
1. Introduction
With this circular, we inform you about amendments to the Price List for the Utilization of the Exchange EDP of FWB Frankfurt Stock Exchange and of the EDP XONTRO, Part A (Price List T7), effective as of 1 March 2024.
The amendments to the Price List T7 concern the regulations regarding excessive system usage for Structured Products on the Börse Frankfurt (MIC: "XFRA") trading venue according to Chapter 2.4.6.
2. Required action
No action is required for the Trading Participants.
3. Details
With otherwise unchanged parameters for the fee for excessive system usage, the following two regulations will apply to Structured Products in the future, analogous to the existing regulations for other instruments on Börse Frankfurt:
- a. For quote transactions, a monthly fee cap of €20,000 applies for excessive system usage per Trading Participant.
- b. In case excessive system usage by the Trading Participant was not intentional or grossly negligent, the fees will either not be charged or refunded (provided they were incurred on a maximum of five trading days of the calendar month) or will be significantly reduced at the timely request of the Trading Participant. For further details, please refer to the Attachment.
The amendments to the Price List T7 will be deemed to be approved, unless the Trading Participant admitted at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange files objections to the amendments with Deutsche Börse AG, Mergenthalerallee 61, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, in writing within six weeks after the amendments’ announcement.
