New thematic ETF from Purpose Investments via HANetf white-label platform: access to the world's largest online software service providers (Saas) in combination with sustainability filters

Since Tuesday, a new exchange traded fund issued by Purpose Investments has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt via HANetf's white-label platform.

With the Purpose Enterprise Software ESG-S UCITS ETF - Acc, investors participate in a global portfolio of software providers that offer their services via the cloud (Software as a Service) and are among the fastest growing in their industry. In addition, the companies must fulfil the ESG criteria.

For inclusion in the index, the companies must either be manufacturers of their own software solutions or providers of services in the software sector. These include advertising/marketing services, IT services, internet/software services and software packages. In addition, the companies must have had a minimum sales growth of 15 per cent on average over the last three years.  

Companies are excluded from the index that are not in line with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact or are active in the fields of weapons, oil sands and fossil fuels.

The benchmark index comprises at least 30 companies, whereby the weighting of a quarter is limited to a maximum of 6 per cent.
