New crypto ETN from 21Shares on Xetra: access to the short Ethereum ETP

Since Tuesday, a new crypto ETN from 21Shares has been tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt.

The 21Shares Short Ethereum ETP tracks the inverse performance of the cryptocurrency Ethereum. As a result, investors can benefit from negative price movements. The product is backed by U.S. dollars, USDC stablecoin, or Ethereum.

All crypto ETNs tradable on Xetra are collateralised and listed on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In addition, all crypto ETNs on Xetra are centrally cleared by Eurex Clearing AG as the central counterparty (CCP) of Deutsche Börse Group. Through central clearing, institutional investors in particular additionally benefit from significantly reduced risks in the settlement of transactions.
