New equity ETF from iShares on Xetra: access to companies from emerging markets without China

Since Friday, a new exchange-traded fund from iShares has been tradable on Xetra and via the trading venue Börse Frankfurt.

The iShares MSCI EM ex-China UCITS ETF provides investors with exposure to large and mid-cap companies from 23 emerging markets excluding China.

With the broad commitment of more than 600 companies, about 85 per cent of the market capitalisation of the individual countries is covered. At the regional level, India,Taiwan and South Korea are the most represented. In terms of sector distribution, financials, IT and materials together make up about 60 per cent of the investment universe.
