Activation of the Low Frequency (LF) Gateway topology changes in the T7 Simulation Environment

In preparation for the activation of the Low Frequency (LF) gateway topology changes in production, currently scheduled for early 2020, the routing of LF gateway requests via the corresponding PS gateway has now been successfully activated in the T7 simulation environment for partitions 1 & 30.
