tonies SE: New entry in the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange


Since April 2021, 468 SPAC I SE has been listed as SPAC on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Following the successful merger with Boxine and subsequent change of name, the company's shares are traded as of today under tonies SE (ISIN: LU2333563281) on the Regulated Market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Today's opening price was €12.50.

With the merger, the management of 468 SPAC I SE closes its SPAC transaction within the set timeframe and with the required investor approval. tonies SE is the second "SPAC IPO" on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange this year.

Boxine is a provider of kid's digital entertainment. Boxine has sold more than 2.4 million tonieboxes and over 25 million tonies. It is currently present in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, Ireland, and the US with further internationalisation plans.
