Initial listing in the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange planned on 25 May / DirectPlace supports placement process

Share subscription for EXASOL AG (ISIN: DE000A0LR9G9) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange started today and is expected to continue until 12:00 CET. The initial listing of the Nuremberg-based technology company in the Scale segment is scheduled for 25 May.

According to EXASOL, it supports companies in implementing long-term data strategies via an in-memory analytics database.

DirectPlace will be used for the share subscription process. Deutsche Börse's subscription function is designed to enable companies to tap into additional investor groups such as family offices, asset managers and retail investors before going public. Private investors can thus place purchase orders with their custodian bank already during the subscription phase.
