New UBS ETFs on Xetra: Gender Equality ETF and Factor Strategy ETF on US companies
Since Friday, two new Exchange Traded Funds issued by UBS Global Asset Management are tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.
The new UBS ETF (IE) Global Gender Equality UCITS ETF (hedged to EUR) A-acc offers investors access to companies that are highly committed to sustainability and gender equality. The Solactive Equileap Global Gender Equality 100 Leaders Index comprises 100 companies worldwide that are rated particularly highly according to the 19 defined gender criteria of Equileap, an independent research organization for gender equality. Companies involved in weapons, gambling and tobacco or on the list of the Norwegian Ethics Council are excluded. The exchange rate risk against the euro is minimised.
The UBS ETF (IE) MSCI USA Select Factor Mix UCITS ETF (USD) A-acc gives investors the opportunity to invest in US companies from various sectors. A strategic multi-factor approach is chosen for the portfolio composition. The underlying MSCI USA Select Factor Mix Index is based on a combination of six factor indices and tracks the performance of long-term risk factors such as momentum, net asset value, quality, shareholder return, volatility and size.
