A new exchange traded fund issued by Tabula has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt since Thursday.

The Tabula EUR IG Bond Paris-Aligned Climate UCITS ETF (EUR) - Acc offers investors access for the first time to euro-denominated bonds with investment grade ratings from companies that are in line with the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement. The focus is primarily on reducing greenhouse gases in order to limit global warming to a maximum of 1.5 degrees Celsius. The Solactive ISS Paris Aligned Select Euro Corporate IG Index assures investors a 50 per cent reduction in greenhouse gases compared to the broad classic benchmark, which is to be reduced by a further 7 per cent annually. The sector, rating and maturity allocations of the underlying index will continue to be maintained. The index comprises a total of around 1,000 bonds.

Excluded from the index are companies with significant business activities in the areas of weapons, tobacco, fossil fuels, which violate social norms (such as the United Nation Global Compact) or whose business activities result in significant negative environmental impacts.
