New Active ETFs by Ossiam on Xetra: active sector allocation according to the Shiller Barclays CAPE methodology
Since Friday, two new active exchange-traded funds by Ossiam have been tradable on Xetra and via the Börse Frankfurt trading venue.
The Ossiam ESG Shiller Barclays CAPE Global Sector UCITS ETF follows an active investment strategy by selecting large and mid-cap companies from undervalued sectors in developed countries. Sector allocation is based on the Shiller Barclays CAPE methodology, which uses price-to-earnings ratios and price momentum to rank the following ten market sectors: utilities, consumer staples, financials, raw materials, information technology, communications services, healthcare, energy, consumer discretionary, and industrials.
After evaluating the sectors, the methodology selects and provides exposure to a minimum of four and a maximum of ten sectors.
Ossiam offers the Active ETF to investors in euro and US dollar share classes.
