Before founding the Frankfurt-based Robo-Advisor Fintech Ginmon in 2014, Lars was working as a management consultant at Deutsche Bank. Lars was leading various projects, including several within the retail banking department of Deutsche Bank. As founder and chairman of the Goethe Investment Fund, Lars was also responsible for the development of academically driven investment strategies for the endowment fund of Goethe-University Frankfurt. Together with his co-founders Lars founded Ginmon to make those academically proven investment strategies available to a larger audience, which were previously only available to high net worth individuals and institutional clients. Today Ginmon is a leading provider of automated wealth management solutions for retail customers and financial institutions around the world.
