Dr. Sandra Vincent Head of Market Structure & Regulation, Deutsche Boerse
Sandra is responsible for market structure related topics and regulation affecting cash equity trading with a pre-dominant focus on MiFID II/MiFIR. With her team she analyses the impact potential new regulation may have and helps shaping European market structure. Whilst she helps clients understanding new regulation Sandra and her team also implemented MiFID II/MiFIR for Frankfurt Stock Exchange when it became effective in January 2018.
Prior to this as head of Products & Regulation Sandra also handled product management and development for institutional equities and ETFs, where her team launched the first centrally-cleared Bitcoin ETN on XETRA in June 2020. She holds a PhD in Economics and spent six years working in the London office of Deutsche Börse. Sandra is married and has one daughter.
