005/2020 Amendment to the Price List for the Utilization of the Exchange EDP of FWB Frankfurt Stock Exchange and of the EDP XONTRO, valid as of 9 March 2020 Xetra Circular 005/20
1. Introduction
With this circular, we would like to inform you about changes to the Price List for the Utilization of the Exchange EDP of FWB Frankfurt Stock Exchange and of the EDP XONTRO, concerning Part A (Price List T7), valid as of 9 March 2020.
The amendments to Part A (currently: "Price List T7 and Xetra", in future: "Price List T7") are associated with the migration of trading venue Börse Frankfurt to the T7 trading system.
2. Required action
There is no action required by Trading Members or Multi-Member-Service Providers.
3. Details of the amendments

- Introduction of reduced prices for ETI sessions for Specialists on trading venue Börse Frankfurt (Price List T7, section 1.2) |
| b) Amendments regarding transaction and trading fees on trading venue Börse Frankfurt | |
| - Additional usage of the version number as calculation basis for transaction and trading fees on trading venue Börse Frankfurt (Price List T7, sections 2 and 2.3) |
Furthermore, some editorial changes were made.
The amendments to the Price List T7 will be deemed to be approved, unless the Trading Member or Vendor admitted at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange files objections to the amendments with Deutsche Börse AG, Mergenthalerallee 61, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, in writing within six weeks after the amendments’ announcement.
