1. Introduction

Deutsche Börse plans to gradually convert the performance and rating reports for Designated Sponsors and regulated Market Makers from text and CSV format to XML format during October and November 2021.

As part of the format conversion, existing reports will be consolidated. The new performance and rating reports will also be available via the Common Report Engine. During a transition period, reports in the previous text and CSV formats will continue to be available to the Participants. 

Availability in simulation: from 4 October 2021
Availability in production: from 18 October 2021

2. Required action

Designated Sponsors and regulated Market Makers are requested to take the preparatory steps for the use of the new performance and rating reports in XML format. These reports are used by the Participants to continuously review the requirements they have to fulfil.

The performance and rating reports in the new XML format will be available to Participants in a stepwise manner during the simulation phase of T7 Release 10.0 starting 4 October 2021 and in production starting 18 October 2021. Please note that the performance and rating reports in text and CSV format will only be available until 19 November 2021.

3. Details

During October and November 2021, all performance and rating reports currently available to Designated Sponsors and Regulated Market Makers in text and CSV format for monitoring their activity will be gradually converted to XML format.

As part of the format change, content from the original reports will be consolidated into new reports and some reports will subsequently no longer be available. The new XML reports can also be imported into common spreadsheet programs (e.g. Microsoft Excel) via "Open file...". Please find attached the date of the changeover as well as the list of all affected reports and the reference to the new reports.

With the change to XML format, the documentation and description of the performance and rating reports will be included in the T7 XML Report Reference Manual. Both the T7 XML Report Reference Manual and the T7 Reports XML Schema Files can be downloaded from the Xetra website www.xetra.com under the following link:
