1. Introduction

With this circular, we would like to inform you about amendments to the Xetra Liquidity Provider Programme Agreement with effect from 1 September 2020.

2. Requirements for participation

For participation, Xetra Trading Members have to enter into the Xetra Liquidity Provider Programme Agreement with Deutsche Börse AG and register the Trader IDs that shall be considered for liquidity provisioning.

3. Details

The amendments refer to the extension of client activity to Xetra account type "A" and the introduction of a provision for high volatility days. The interim procedure for high volatility days introduced with Xetra circular 018/20 will cease to apply as of 1 September 2020.

The amendments to the Xetra Liquidity Provider Programme Agreement, valid as of 1 September 2020, are deemed to be approved, unless the Xetra Liquidity Provider raises objections in writing with Deutsche Börse AG, Mergenthalerallee 61, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, within one week after announcement.
