1. Introduction
With this circular, we would like to inform you that effective 9 March 2020, amendments to the Price List for the Agreement on the Utilization of the Exchange-EDP of Frankfurt Stock Exchange and of the EDP Xontro for Trading in Structured Products (“Price List of Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG”), the General Terms and Conditions for the Agreement on the Utilization of the Exchange EDP of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and of the EDP Xontro for Trading in Structured Products (“General Terms and Conditions for the Utilization Agreement”), and to the Conditions for Participation for the Quality Segment Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate Premium, will be made.

No mandatory activities are required.
3. Details
As part of the migration to the new trading platform T7, we would like to inform you about amendments to the Price List of Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG, the General Terms and Conditions for the Utilization Agreement and the Conditions for Participation for the Quality Segment Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate Premium, each effective 9 March 2020. Please refer to the attachments for the exact wording of the amendments.
The amendments to the named Rules and Regulations of Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG will be deemed to be approved, unless the Trading Member admitted at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange files objections to the amendments with Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG, Mergenthalerallee 61, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, in writing within six weeks after the amendments’ announcement.
