New bond ETFs from Xtrackers on Xetra: access to higher-yielding corporate bonds and government bonds from developed and emerging markets
Three new exchange-traded funds issued by Xtrackers have been tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt since Tuesday.
The Xtrackers iBoxx EUR Corporate Bond Yield Plus UCITS ETF offers investors access to euro-denominated corporate bonds with a rating of BB- to AAA, which have a higher yield.
The Xtrackers II ESG Global Government Bond UCITS ETF invests in investment grade fixed income government bonds issued by developed countries in local currency. Only countries that are classified as "free" by the non-profit organisation Freedom House and exceed a certain threshold in the country specific ESG score are considered.
The Xtrackers ESG USD Emerging Markets Bond Quality Weighted UCITS ETF gives investors access to the performance of US dollar-denominated bonds issued by governments or central banks in emerging markets. The selection and weighting of bonds consider fundamental economic indicators such as resource efficiency, anti-corruption, and political stability as well as MSCI ESG government ratings.
