1. Admission to the Regulated Market and introduction to trading

The application for admission to the exchange has to be completed by the issuer together with a listing sponsor (the co-applicant), whereas the application for introduction to trading can be submitted by the issuer alone. The co-applicant is a member of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with liable capital amounting to at least €730,000. As defined in the German Stock Exchange Act, applicants are legally required to involve a co-applicant. Besides the two application forms, a list of required documents is defined in the appendix of the application form for admission to the Regulated Market. Assistance on how to complete the form is available in the ETF & ETP Listing Guide.
