The application for admission to the exchange has to be completed by the issuer together with a listing sponsor (the co-applicant), whereas the application for introduction to trading can be submitted by the issuer alone. The co-applicant is a member of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with liable capital amounting to at least €730,000. As defined in the German Stock Exchange Act, applicants are legally required to involve a co-applicant.

As of 2 October 2023, the applications for admission to the regulated market shall be submitted digitally via the eListing-platform: https://regelli.deutsche-boerse.com.

In order to access the eListing Platform, it is necessary for the issuer as well as the co-applicant (or an authorised third party) to nominate once a central coordinator who will register via the registration form below. Please note that registration may take up to two weeks.
