Unscheduled free-float adjustment of TLG Immobilien AG in SDAX

Changes will become effective on 29 January

(Zug, 24 January) – On Friday, Qontigo’s global index provider STOXX Ltd. announced an unscheduled change to the SDAX index.

Due to the takeover of TLG Immobilien AG (DE000A12B8Z4) by Aroundtown (LU1673108939) the free float of TLG Immobilien AG changed by more than 10 percentage points.

According to the Guide to the DAX Equity Indices, section 5.1.4., the company’s free float will be adjusted in the index from the current 64.45 percent to 22.57 percent.

These changes will become effective on 29 January 2020.

The next scheduled index review is 4 March 2020.
