New ETFs from First Trust on Xetra: Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity

Since Wednesday, two new exchange traded funds issued by First Trust are tradable on Xetra and the Börse Frankfurt.

The First Trust Cloud Computing UCITS ETF and the First Trust Nasdaq Cybersecurity UCITS ETF offer investors a targeted investment in technology stocks. While only shares listed in the USA are considered for cloud computing, investors invest globally in cybersecurity.

For the First Trust Cloud Computing UCITS ETF, companies must be active in the areas of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This includes the provision of servers and networks as well as platforms for the creation of software and software applications via the Internet.


With the First Trust Nasdaq Cybersecurity UCITS ETF, investors invest in companies that specialise in the development of technologies that protect the computers and communication networks of individuals, companies and governments from unauthorised access by third parties.
